1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, we operate under a strict no-refund policy. Once a subscription plan is purchased and activated, the fee is non-refundable. All sales are final.

We provide free sample tests and a clear description of our premium features. We strongly encourage you to try our free content and review the features before purchasing a subscription to ensure our service meets your needs.

2. Cancellation Policy

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made before the subscription end date. The subscription will not automatically renew; you will need to purchase a new plan to continue accessing premium features after your current plan expires.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment for the same subscription period.

If you have been charged twice for the same plan, please contact our support team at eztyping.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction. You must provide the transaction IDs and relevant payment details.
