1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ExamTyping ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the website, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service are available only through the purchase of a subscription ("Premium Plan"). All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to our pricing and payment terms.

4. User-Generated Content

If you create and submit a "Custom Test," you grant ExamTyping a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of making it public if approved. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure you have the rights to do so and that it does not contain unlawful or copyrighted material.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ExamTyping be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
